(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police will be raffling a 2011 Ford Mustang GT California Special. Tickets are only $10.00 and can be purchased at the Kentucky State Police Post located at 3119 Nashville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101 or from any of the State Troopers in your community.

When you purchase your $10.00 Mustang GT ticket you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you made a contribution to Trooper Island Inc. All proceeds from the sales of tickets will benefit Trooper Island Camp.

Trooper Island Camp was established in 1965 by the Kentucky State Police at Dale Hollow Lake near the Cumberland and Clinton County Line. The free summer camp is for disadvantaged boys and girls age 10-12. Each year approximately 700 campers for all 120 counties in the commonwealth participate in athletics, canoeing, archery, fishing, swimming, and many other camping activities.

Trooper Island Inc. is a non-profit organization that operates solely on private contributions.
