Injury Collision Involving DUI in Todd County

Date of News Release: 09/06/2011

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Joshua Hall, age 22 of Clarksville, TN, was operating a 2007 Saturn Ion northbound on KY 104 approximately 4 miles south of Trenton when he lost control of the vehicle. It exited the right shoulder of the roadway and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its top in a cornfield. Mr. Hall and his passenger, Lucas Ross, age 22 of Elkton, KY, were transported via ambulance to the Gateway Medical Center for treatment. Mr. Hall was cited to court for the following offenses:

  1. DUI 1st Offense
  2. Possession of Open Alcoholic Container
  3. No Insurance
  4. No Other State Registration
  5. Operating on a Suspended License

Trooper Jeff Ayres investigated the crash that occurred on Monday, September 5, 2011 at approximately 4:30 p.m. The Todd County Sheriff's Department, Todd County Fire & Rescue, and Todd County EMS assisted at the scene.
