Three injured in a two vehicle collision on KY 94

Date of News Release: 11/10/2011

(Hickory, KY) - Marshall S. Peachey was traveling east on KY 94 and Wilda J. Richardson was traveling west. Mr. Peachey fell asleep and his vehicle drifted over the center line, striking Ms. Richardson's vehicle. After the collision, Mr. Peachey's vehicle exited the north side of KY 94, struck a ditch and overturned several times; ejecting both occupants of the vehicle. Mr. Peachey's vehicle came to final rest on north side of KY 94 in a field. Ms. Richardson's vehicle went off the south side of KY 94 and came to final rest in a ditch. All subjects were transported to Murray Calloway County Hospital. Marshall S. Peachey was treated and released while the passenger (Aaron R. Koehn) of Mr. Peachey's vehicle was airlifted to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Wilda J. Richardson was treated and released.
