Drug Investigation Nets 21 Arrests

(Murray, KY) - An early morning drug round-up titled "Operation Fall Felons" by law enforcement resulted in the arrest of several Calloway County individuals for various drug offenses. In early summer, the Kentucky State Police, Murray Police, and Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force began large scale drug investigations in Calloway County. The results of these investigations were recently presented to a Calloway County Grand Jury which indicted 27 different men and women. On Tuesday morning, troopers, officers & deputies from five different police agencies partnered in an attempt to locate and arrest those indicted. By 11:00 AM, nineteen (19) people had been charged. An additional two (2) were already incarcerated at local jails and will be charged. The following have been charged with various drug offenses including the trafficking and possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, prescription drugs, and marijuana:

  11. Megan Forth, 21
  12. Nicholas Warner, 25
  13. Gregory Jirak, 28
  14. Brandi Wilburn, 24
  15. Kevin Thomas, 25
  16. Brad Bailey, 34
  17. Ross Robinson, 21
  18. Bobby Wilkerson, 22
  19. Richard Payne, 35
  20. Samuel Wilson, 25
  21. Tracy Dunn, 45

Each individual was lodged in the Calloway County Jail. The arrests also come with the seizure of five vehicles used in the commission of drug offenses, and various firearms. The investigations are ongoing by the Kentucky State Police, Murray Police Department, and Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force. Assisting with today's operation was the Calloway County Sheriff's Office, Calloway County Jailer, Graves County Sheriff's Office, and the DEA.
