Post 16's "Cram the Cruiser" Results

(Henderson, KY) -- On Monday, December 12, 2011, the Kentucky State Police Post 16 – Henderson concluded its "Cram the Cruiser" can drive. Donations were remarkable with over 800 pounds of food. It took two empty cruisers to distribute the food to various food pantries in Henderson and Beaver Dam.
Commercial Vehicle Enforcement weighed the empty cruiser at 4490 pounds. This morning, with can goods piled on top and inside, the car tipped the scales at 5300 pounds. The donated goods were distributed at various food banks in the post region—just in time for the Holiday's.
