Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree Arrest

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Jeffrey C. Patterson was operating a 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo on the US 60 Bypass when he partially traveled off the left side of the roadway. Mr. Patterson then lost control of the vehicle and traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking a fence and two light poles, in the Courtyard Marriot Hotel parking lot. Two Passengers were transported by Owensboro EMS and sustained injury to the head and neck area. Upon further investigation alcohol and speed were the determining factors in the accident. Mr. Patterson did not sustain any injuries and was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center and charged with Operating on suspended or revoked operators license, Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense, Operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (Agg Circum) 2nd offense, Failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, 2 counts.
