Felony Arrest in Ohio County

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Mr. Henry A. Herman Jr. threw two large rocks through the window of a residence in McHenry, Ky. Mr. Herman then entered the residence and assaulted a male and female that were inside. As Trooper Baker responded to the residence, he observed Mr. Herman's vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. At this time, it was determined that Mr. Herman was driving under the influence. He was then arrested and lodged in the Ohio County Jail for the following charges: Assault 2nd Degree, 2 Counts, Burglary 2nd Degree, DUI 1st, possession Open Container, Expired Registration.
