Burglary 3rd Investigation and Arrest

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle, a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria in Ohio County. During the investigation Dylan Schroader was determined to be the perpetrator. Kentucky State Police then responded to a report of a burglary at Black Cat on July 30, 2001 at 09:20 a.m. Victim advised that an unknown subject entered the business by breaking the front glass door. Suspect stole over $400.00 worth of beer and liquor. Upon investigation the suspect was determined to be Dylan Schroader of Owensboro, KY. Mr. Schroader was located on August 2, 2011 by Ohio County Sheriff's Deputies on unrelated charges and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center. Trooper Jonathon Whittaker then interviewed and charged Mr. Schroader with Burglary 3rd Degree. On August 5, 2011 warrants were obtained and served on Mr. Schroader at the Ohio County Detention Center by Trooper Moorman in relation to the vehicle theft.
