Clinton County Sex Abuse Conviction

(Albany, Ky.) -- On June 13th, 2011, a Clinton County, KY jury found a local man guilty of Sex Abuse. Terry Marcum, age 40, of Albany, was convicted by a Clinton County Circuit jury following a two year investigation by Kentucky State Police detectives. The investigation originated from accusations that Marcum subjected a juvenile female to sexual contact. Marcum was originally charged with three counts of sexual abuse 1st degree (victim under 12) and one count of sexual abuse 1st degree, forcible complusion. Marcum was convicted of one count of Sexual abuse by forcible complusion and recommended to serve a sentence of three years for the offense. Detective Bradly Stotts, Detective Mike Dubree, and Detective Russell Decker were the investigators in the case.
