Felony Burglary Arrests in Carter County

(Ashland, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police in Ashland have arrested two Carter County residents on Burglary related charges after a thorough investigation into a reported theft from the residence of Jesse Gollihue of Rush, KY. The burglary occurred on 9-21-2011. Harold Michael Burton age 20, and William Brandon Berry, age 22 both of Rush, KY were arrested without incident at their residences on 9-22-11.

Several items were taken from the residence including tools, air compressors, and firearms. The suspect(s) used forcible entry to gain access into the residence of Jesse Gollihue. Both suspects were arrested without incident and lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.

The case is being investigated by Trooper Jack Hedges.
