Stolen Property Valued At Approximately $140,000.00 Recovered In Knott County

(Hazard, Ky.) -- On June 29, 2011 Kentucky State Police received information of a possible stolen bulldozer on William Everage Road in the Emmalena Community of Knott County. Troopers responded to the area and located a bulldozer that in fact had been stolen from a construction site in Clay County. At the same location a 27 foot RV Trailer was located which had been stolen from Union City, Tn. The value of the recovered property was approximately $140,000.00. An arrest warrant will be obtained on James Eric Everage for Receiving Stolen Property O/$10,000.00. Mr. Everage is already lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Detention Center on unrelated charges. The investigation is continuing by Det. Gary Sandlin.
