Meth Lab Investigation and Arrest in Clay County

(LONDON, KY.) –- On Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at approximately 10:31 AM, the Kentucky State Police, Post 11 London, received a complaint of a strange odor near a residence on Bowling Street in the Beech Creek Community of Clay County.
Upon arrival and investigation Trooper Josh Wilson and Clay County Sheriff's Deputies discovered an active Methamphetamine Lab, a Hydrogen Chloride Gas Generator and Methamphetamine.
Trooper Wilson arrested Gary Bowling, 51, Gary D. Bowling, 21, and Brenda Wagers, 40, all of Manchester on the charge of Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree.
All three (3) were lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
Trooper Wilson is continuing the investigation and was assisted by officers from the Clay County Sheriff's Department, Manchester Police Department and the Manchester Fire Department.
