Missing Persons Investigation in Rockcastle County

(London, Ky.) -- On Saturday, June 18, 2011 at approximately 4:30 AM, the Kentucky State Police, Post 11 London, received a report of a missing female who was last seen in northern Rockcastle County.

Upon arrival Trooper Chris Ison spoke with Jay and Joann Clemons of Berea, KY, who stated, their daughter was at a residence on Pleasant View Drive in Berea (Rockcastle County) on Friday night when she disappeared around 10:00 PM.

The missing female is identified as Janette Rose Clemons, 16, of Berea and is described as: white female, 5 9 tall, brown hair and brown eyes.

The female has been entered into the NCIC computer system as a missing person.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of the female is urged to call the Kentucky State Police at (606) 878-6622 or 1-800-222-5555.

Trooper Ison is in charge of the investigation.
