KSP Seeking Help on Locating 4 People

(Pikeville, Ky.) -- On September 17, 2010 Post 9 Pikeville obtained 42 indictment warrants for drug related offenses. On this date KSP units traveled Pike County locating these subjects and serving the warrants. To date KSP post 9 has served 38 of the 42 warrants and at this time are looking for the remaining 4 subjects. KSP asks that anyone with any information to the location of these remaining 4 subjects contact Lt. The remaining four subjects are as follows;

  1. Daniel Walters, Pike County, Ky.
  2. Tracey Eugene Hall (Roach), Robinson Creek, Ky.
  3. Bonnie Roberts, Pikeville, Ky.
  4. Scotti Michelle Smith, Pikeville, Ky.

Date of News Release: 09/17/2010

(Pikeville, Ky.) -- Friday September 17, 2010 Post 9 Pikeville executed arrest warrants. KSP Detectives conducted a a 15 month investigation focusing on the prescription drug problem. This investigation resulted in over 40 arrest warrants being obtained in Pike County alone. Units from Post 9 and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement traveled Pike County locating and serving the warrants on these subjects. During the execution of these warrants KSP served and arrested over 20 people at the time of this release. Ksp units are continuing to locate and serve these warrants. Also, during the course of this investigation KSP located and arrested subjects whom had warrants not related to this investigation.

Post 9 Pikeville continues to investigate drug related crimes in the 5 County area in which it serves and will continue to make arrest in drug related crimes.
