3 Indicted for a 2002 Murder in Martin County

(Martin County, Ky.) -- In March of 2010 Detective Jason Dials took over as lead investigator of the 2002 murder case of Patrick Calvin Blackburn. Through the course of this investigation information was obtained that led to this case being presented to the Martin County Grand Jury. Idictment warrants were issued for Jimmy Cornette Jr., David Jude and Jerry Stepp.

Jimmy Cornette Jr. was located at the Meade County jail where the indictment warrant was served on him. He remains lodged in the Meade County Jail. At this time David Jude and Jerry Stepp have not been located. Both subjects have been entered as wanted persons and Kentucky State Police are still ttempting to locate these two subjects.
