Indictments Returned In Big Sandy Regional Detention Center Investigation

(Staffordsville, Ky.) -- A Johnson County Grand Jury returned indictments yesterday against Henry Clayton, (Butch), Williams, 54, of Oil Springs, KY. The indictment charged him with, one count of Bribery of a Public Servant, a class C felony. Also indicted was, John D. Harmon, 64 of Emily, Creek, Rd. Pilgrim, KY. The indictment charged him with, one count of, Theft by Unlawful Taking O/$300.00. The Grand Jury also returned a charge back to Johnson District Court against Doug Muncy, 35, of Inez, KY. with one count of, Sexual Abuse, 2nd Degree. A class, (A), misdemeanor.#

(Pikeville, KY.) -- May 18, 2010 2:15 p.m. Henry Clayton, (Butch), William, 54 of Oil Springs, KY., and the administrator of the Big Sandy Regional Detention was arrested on charges of Bribery of a Public Servant. Williams was lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center in Floyd County. The case is being investigated by Detective Ben Cramer of the Kentucky State Police Post 09 Pikeville, KY. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
