Felony arrest warrant in Bath County

Date of News Release: 10/30/2010

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On October 29, 2010, at 9:00 PM, Trooper Nathan Shortridge was on patrol in the Salt Lick area of Bath county. Trooper Shortridge stopped to assist James Johnson, who was walking on US 60 East. Trooper Shortridge checked Mr. Johnson's information and discovered that he had an active felony warrant out of Rowan county. Mr. Johnson was arrested on a Rowan county Indictment warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree and Persistent Felony Offender. Mr. Johnson is being lodged at the Rowan County Detention Center.
