Franklin County Escapees Arrested In Lee County

(Richmond, Ky.)-- Kentucky State Police Post 7 Troopers have arrested two inmates who escaped from the Career Development Center in Frankfort on March 24, 2010. The inmates, James E. Johnson age 27, and William G. Johnson age 23, were located at a residence on Coal Branch Road in Lee County. The escapees were taken into custody without incident. Both are charged with Escape 2nd. Cindy S. Johnson age 40, and the wife of James Johnson was also arrested, and charged with Criminal Facilitation to Commit Escape 2nd. All three are lodged in Three Forks Regional Jail.
