Garrard County Recovered Property

(Lancaster, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Post 7, Richmond has recovered several rolls of fiber optic and standard phone line cable in the area of Hurt Lane in Eastern Garrard County. The cable was found on 4/26/2009. The cable appears to have been rolled into a creek. Two rolls of yellow fiber optic cable, 75 feet in length and two rolls of standard phone cable were recovered. The investigating officer believes the property to be stolen, however he has not been able to identify the rightful owner, and it has not been reported stolen in this area. The Kentucky State Police is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the owner(s) and or suspect(s) in this case.
