Pursuit of Stolen Vehicle

(Dry Ridge, Ky.) -- On 07/15/2010 at approximately 0901 hours, Kentucky State Police was notified by Boone County PSCC of a stolen vehicle entering Grant County. Vehicle was stolen from the Ft. Mitchell area by Leslie Joseph Haun, 45 y/o male from Louisville, Ky. Mr. Haun fled from officers and eluded them for over 40 miles. Troopers did attempt to utilize a tire deflation device however, they were unsuccessful. Mr. Haun was stopped and apprehended at the 120 mm (Ironworks Pike) on I75 South Bound. He was transported back to Kenton County and turned over to Erlanger Police where the vehicle theft occurred. Mr. Haun was lodged in Kenton County Detention on Theft of a Motor Vehicle charge.
