4 arrested on several charges in Gallatin County

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- On December 29th, 2010 at approximately 8:45pm, Kentucky State Police and the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office responded to 514 Highway 562, Warsaw KY and discovered 2 active Meth Labs in the residence. Four arrests were made and a juvenile was removed from the home. Victoria A McDaniel 27, Wendy L Mercer 34, James R Noel 34, and Billy G Sturgeon II 42 were charged with Manufacturing Meth 1st, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st, Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Distribution of Meth Precursors, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursors, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Wanton Endangerment 1st. All subjects were lodged at Carroll Co Regional Detention Center.
