Robbery Suspect Arrested

(Campbellsburg, Ky) -- Curtis Morris, 29 years old from Crestwood, turned himself into to Troopers at Post 5 yesterday (10-24) for committing the armed robbery at the Fast Stop gas station in Pendleton on Friday (10-22). Morris was arrested at 4:55 p.m. and charged with 1st Degree Robbery, a class B felony. Morris was taken to the Carroll County detention facility.

(Pendleton, Ky) Troopers responded to the Fast Stop gas station in Pendleton after Pos 5 dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call last night (10-21-10) at 9:57 p.m. reporting an armed robbery. Through investigation, Troopers determined that a man armed with a knife entered the store while the clerk was alone demanding money from the register. The victim complied with the robber resulting in the man leaving with $900 cash.

  • SEX: Male
  • HEIGHT: 6' 6'3"
  • AGE: 20's 30's
  • OTHER: Red goatee facial hair
  • CLOTHING: Gray & green plaid jacket with gray hood, blue jeans, brown boots, and white gloves.
  • WEAPON: Buck knife.
  • VEHICLE: Unknown at this time.
