Elizabethtown Arrested on Theft By Deception Charges

(Elizabethtown, Ky.) -- On July 26, 2010, at 6:48 P.M., Tpr. Daniel Leonard arrested Donald R. Lee, Jr., W/M, 31 years of age, at his residence in Elizabethtown, KY. Mr. Lee was charged with three counts of theft by deception, under $500.00, and resisting arrest. Mr. Lee is the person that was suspected of scamming individuals and businesses out of money to benefit the Rolling Thunder organization. Warrants were issued for Mr. Lee and Tpr. Leonard was serving the warrants. Mr. Lee had to be tased during the arrest, due to Mr. Lee, being non-compliant. No injury was sustained by Mr. Lee or Tpr. Leonard during the incident. Mr. Lee was lodged in the Hardin Co. Detention Center.
