Three Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on I-65

(Elizabethtown, Ky.) -- Vehicle was southbound I-65 when for unknown reason began to swerve and went into the median, driver overcorrected bringing vehicle back onto the roadway. It then overturned several times coming to rest in the median against the cable barrier. The operator was Fay Hall of Columbus, Oh., 57 year old female, she had moderate injuries and was air-lifted to University Hospital in Louisville. A passenger, Justin Eastman of Columbus, Oh., 20 year old male with minor injuries went to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. Second passenger, Robert Evans of Columbus, Oh., 48 year old male, was ejected from the vehicle and had moderate injuries and was also transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital. Accident was investigated by Tpr Jon Vaughn.
