Hart County Sex Abuse Arrest

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- On April 8, 2010, KSP Post 3 was contacted by KSP Post 15 in reference to the sexual abuse complaint involving a 5 year old female victim that occurred in Hardyville. During the course of the investigation, Mr. Johnny P. Duncan Sr. was arrested and charged with 1 count of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and was lodged in the Hart County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing and further details are not being released at this time.
