Two Arrested on Criminal Abuse 1st Degree Charges

Date of News Release: 06/24/2010

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- On 6-21-10, the Edmonson County Grand Jury returned the indictments of Criminal Abuse 1st Degree (20 counts), Sexual Abuse 1st Degree (10 counts) on David Petty and Criminal Abuse 1st Degree on Sarah Price. The indictments were the result of an investigation by the Kentucky State Police that originally began when it was reported that Price and Petty were keeping a small child in a dog kennel. Investigation is ongoing and further information is not being released at this time.
