Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder Investigation

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police was requested by Brownsville City Police Dept to investigate a possible shooting from May 3, 2010 involving Travis Crowder and his estranged wife. According to the victim, as she was driving a school bus for Edmonson County school systems last date she passed in front of the accused's residence and Crowder fired a gun at her, striking the school bus. An investigation this date led to the arrest of Crowder. He is currently lodged in the Grayson County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and further charges are pending. No students were on the bus at the time of this incident.
