Criminal Abuse Investigation and Arrest

Date of News Release: 05/03/2010

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- A joint investigation between KSP Bowling Green and Bullitt County Protection and Permanency led investigators to a residence on Cedar Grove Road in Edmonson County. From information gained in this investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for David Petty for Criminal Abuse 1st Degree. David Petty was lodged in the Grayson Counthy Jail. This investigation is ongoing.
