Auto Theft Investigation and Arrests

(Bowling Green, KY) -- Kentucky State Police has made arrests on two individuals in connection with numerous auto thefts spanning multiple counties in Kentucky and various locations in Tennessee. Billy Harper was arrested on the charges of 7 counts of Receiving Stolen Property Auto, 1 count of Theft by Unlawful Taking Auto, and 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property under $500. Steven Harper was on the charges of 6 counts of Receiving Stolen Property Auto. Both were lodged in the Warren County Jail without incident. These arrests are a culmination of a three month investigation involving the Kentucky State Police Post 3, KSP Auto Theft, and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement.
