Allen County Felony Arrest

Date of News Release: 03/20/2010

(Bowling Green, KY) -- On 03/07/2010, KSP Post 3 received a complaint from Scottsville Police Department requesting assistance regarding Brandon Cherry being assaulted by Cody Payne. Initial investigation concluded that Brandon Cherry had sustained multiple injuries. Brandon Cherry was transported to Vanderbilt for treatment for his injuries. Further investigation lead to the arrest of Cody Payne. Cody Payne was arrested at his home on 03/20/2010 and lodged in the Allen County Jail without incident. Further details are not being released. Investigation is ongoing.
