Murder Suspect Apprehension

(Bowling Green, KY) -- A 3 day investigation / surveillance by the US Marshall's and Ky State Police resulted in the arrest of Thomas Franklin on the charges of Fugitive From Another State (Murder and Probation Violation on Carjacking). The investigation was inititated by the US Marshall's Field Office in Indianapolis, IN contacting the Marshall's office in Bowling Green, Ky. Once information was gathered, the US Marshall's office and the Ky State Police began a 3 day investigation which resulted in the arrest of Franklin. Franklin was taken into custody without incident and is currently lodged in the Hart County Jail pending extradition back to Indiana.
