Simpson County Arrest
Date of News Release: 01/21/2010
(Bowling Green, KY) -- Terry R. Baldwin was arrested as a result of investigation conducted by Kentucky State Police. Mr. Baldwin transported a semi-truck load of Soy Beans belonging to the victim (Donald Edwards) to the Adairville Feed Mill and sold the beans under his name. Mr. Baldwin was identified as a suspect in the theft after the feed mill alerted the victim. Mr. Baldwin was transported and lodged in the Simpson County Jail & charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking O/$10,000.
