Wanton Endangerment Investigation & Arrest

(Bowling Green, KY) --Kentucky State Police Bowling Green received a complaint of criminal abuse of a child from the Horse Cave Police Department. The investigation led to units obtaining a warrant on Jacob Wayne Gipson for Wanton Endangerment in the 1st Degree. Mr. Gipson was later located and lodged in the Hart County Detention Center on the related charge.
