Levell Washington Indicted By Christian County Grand Jury

Hopkinsville, Ky. (Christian County) -- On Friday, March 12, 2010, the Christian County Grand Jury returned indictments against Levell M. Washington, age 18 of Cerulean, KY, in reference to the Amish/Mennonite burglaries and robberies. The grand jury returned indictments for the following charges:

• 9 counts of Robbery 1st Degree (B Felony)
• 9 counts of Burglary 1st Degree (B Felony)
• 9 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree (D Felony)
• 1 count of Tampering with Physical Evidence (D Felony)
• 1 count of Fleeing/Evading Police 1st Degree-On Foot (D Felony)
• 27 counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree (D Felony)

Mr. Washington remains lodged in the Christian County Detention Center.
