Felony Arrest in Christian County

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Trooper Mark Franklin while conducting routine patrol, observed Mr. Aaron B. Cunningham operating a motor vehicle without wearing a seatbelt. Trooper Franklin conducted a traffic stop on this violation. During this stop it was discovered that the driver was operating on a suspended driver's license. Upon further investigation Trooper Franklin discovered the driver to be in possession of marijuana and a stolen firearm. Mr. Cunningham was arrested without incident and lodged in the Christian County Detention Center.
