Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st Arrest

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On Friday, February 5, 2010 at approximately 5:30 p.m., KSP Detective Dan Morck arrested Jacob A. Larkins, age 24 of Earlington, KY, at the Kentucky State Police Post 2. Detective Morck charged Mr. Larkins with 26 counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st, a class B felony. The charges stem from an investigation where Mr. Larkins is accused of engaging in illegal sexual activity with a victim under the age of 16. Mr. Larkins was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
