Narcotics Arrest in Ohio County

(Henderson, Ky.) -- On July 2,2010 at approximately 01:26 AM, the Kentucky State Police responded to assist with an Ambulance call at 56 Foster Lane, Hartford, Ky. Trooper Lacy and Trooper Baker knocked on the front door of the residence to check on the welfare of the persons at the residence and to obtain information reference to the call. Troopers were unable to get any response at the front door. When the Troopers went to the back door a quantity of marijuana plants were located. Troopers made contact with Steven W. Gilmore and David M. Bratcher in the house. Both Gilmore and Bratcher were arrested for drug charges.
