Domestic Abuse Investigation and Arrest in Ohio County

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police received a call from Ohio county emergency room advising of a female who had been assaulted and was seeking treatment at the Ohio county Emergency Room. Victim advised she had been assaulted by James R. Wilson at Mr. Wilson's residence in Centertown. Kentucky State Police made contact with Mr. Wilson at his residence and gathered sufficient evidence to charge Mr. Wilson with assault. While at the residence, Kentucky State Police also discovered Marijuana plants on Mr. Wilson's property. Mr. Wilson is lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center and charged with Domestic Abuse-Assault 4th Degree & Cultivating Marijuana (Less than 5 Plants).
