One Killed and One Arrested in Single Vehicle Collision

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Larry Light was driving a 1994 Chrysler northbound on Ky 2834 when he lost control of the vehicle and left the western edge of the roadway. The vehicle then struck a utility pole and overturned at least twice. Jerry Light was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. Larry Light was transported to Union County Hospital and then transferred to St Marys Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. Alcohol involvement may be a factor and the investigation is continuing.

On Tuesday, May 25, 2010 Larry Light was arrested and charged with Murder incident to further investigation into the collision. Larry Light was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
