Criminal arrest in McLean County

Date of News Release: 05/07/2010

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Brandon D. Floyd, 21 of Calhoun, KY was arrested on 05-05-2010 and charged with 2 counts of Sodomy 3rd Degree, 3 counts of Rape 3rd Degree, and 1 count of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree. The charges are the result of an ongoing investigation. Floyd is currently lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
