Terroristic Threatening Investigation at the Union County High School

(Henderson, Ky.) -- On Thursday, 02-04-2010 around 9:30 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 16 received a complaint reference a juvenile making threatening statements at the Union County High School. Troopers assigned to this complaint worked with the Union County Family Court and CDW's Office; Union County School Systems; Union County School Resource Officer and the Union County Attorney's Office.

On 02-05-2010 around 1130 a.m., the juvenile was charged, transported and lodged at a juvenile detention center in Paducah, KY.

The investigation is on-going.
