4 Arrested on Meth Charges in Monroe County

Date of News Release: 12/10/2010

(Columbia, Ky.) -- On December 2, 2010 units from Post 15 and the Monroe County Sheriff's Department responded to a welfare check concerning children living around a Meth lab. Upon arrival at 7723 County House Road in Monroe County, units gathered enough evidence to obtain a search warrant. The execution of the search warrant and subsequent investigation led to the arrest of:

41-year-old Warner B. Baxter of Tompkinsville charged with Manufacturing Meth 1st degree, Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st offense 1st degree (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Receiving Stolen Property < $10,000.00 and Controlled Substance Endangerment to child 4th degree.

40-year-old Steven Bray of Tompkinsville charged with Manufacturing Meth 1st degree, Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st offense 1st degree (Meth), Controlled Substance Endangerment to child 4th degree and Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor 1st degree.

29-year-old Marketia Hall of Tompkinsville charged with Manufacturing Meth 1st degree and Controlled Substance Endangerment to child 4th degree.

25-year-old Lonnie Bryant Jr. of Tompkinsville charged with Manufacturing Meth 1st degree, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st offense 1st degree (Meth) and Controlled Substance Endangerment to child 4th degree.

All four persons were lodged in the Monroe County Jail. Tpr Logan Richardson is investigating.
