Four Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on St Mary's Highway

(Lebanon, Ky.) -- Trooper John Adams is investigating a one vehicle injury collision which occurred @ 5:40p.m. August 24, 2010 approximately 1 mile North of Lebanon on St Mary's Highway. A 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer operated by Ashlee Nevius, age 27, Lebanon, was belted, was traveling North on St Mary's Highway when she swerved to miss a vehicle which was in her lane of traffic. Ms. Nevius overcorrected and then overturned. Three passengers, Austin Daugherty, age 8; Baylee Tungate, age 6; and Nichola Tungate, age 3 were restrained. Ms. Nevius and all passengers were transported to Springview Hospital by Marion County EMS where they were treated and released.

Trooper Adams was assisted at the scene by Trooper Fred Cornett, Marion County EMS, and Marion County Rescue.
