One Injured in a Single DUI Vehicle Collision on Spencer Hamilton Road

(Loretto, Ky.) -- Trooper Nathan Rhodes is investigating a collision that occurred on Spencer Hamilton Road 10 miles north of Lebanon at 8pm est. Joshua Robbins age 20 of Loretto, was operating a 1986 Ford F-250, when he lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. Robbins refused treatment at the scene by EMS. A passenger Charlie McElroy of Finley was flown from the scene to U of L Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Mr. Robbins was belted, however Mr. McElroy was not. Mr. Robbins was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
