Snow Plow Operator Charged with DUI

(Columbia, Ky.) -- On Friday, January 29th 2010 at 7:53 CST, 40-year-old Brian Doss of Columbia was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence 1st Offense. Mr. Doss was operating a 2008 International while removing snow for the State Highway Department on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway when he lost control of the vehicle and slid off of the road. The investigation also revealed that the salt hopper had been lost out of the rear of the truck on another area of the Parkway. Mr. Doss was lodged in the Adair County Jail.
