KSP Seeks Help with a Wanted Fugitive

Zachary Riffe, click to enlarge(Ashland, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police in Ashland is seeking the public's help into locating a fugitive who is wanted for a sexual exploitation of a minor (female). Kentucky State Police is attempting to locate Zachary Riffe, age 23, of Greenup, KY on charges of Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor). This stems from an investigation that resulted with the KSP obtaining warrants for the above stated charge. The incident occurred within the last year. KSP can not release the exact relationship of the perpetrator to the victim at this time.

Riffe has been observed in the Whetstone road and Crane Creek area of Greenup County. Anyone with any information into the whereabouts of Zachary Riffe is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police in Ashland at 1-800-222-5555 (in the state of Kentucky only, does not work out of state) or 606-928-6421.

The investigation is continuing by Trooper Kris Kirk of the Kentucky State Police.
