December Activity Report From Post 14

(Ashland, Ky.) -- During the month of December 2009, there were 44 motor vehicle collisions investigated by State Police working out of the Ashland Post in the four counties of Boyd, Greenup, Carter, and Lawrence.

During December of 2009 there were 0 fatalities in the Post 14 area, compared to 0 in December 2008. Statewide fatalities stand at 771 compared to 825 for the same time period in 2008.
