4 Arrested on Drug Charges in Perry County

(Hazard, Ky) -- On April 19th, 2010 detectives with the Kentucky State Police street level, the HIDTA Task Force and Operation Unite acting on complaints from the Glomawr community of Perry County executed a search warrant at 268 Raccoon Creek Road at the residence of Charles Duff and Daphne Feltner. Seized during the search warrant was $1860 dollars in U.S. currency, along with 49 methadone, 3 Lorcet, 17 Xanax, and marijuana. Arrested were Charles Duff, Daphne Feltner, Nancy Wagers, and Joel Lewis. Charles Duff was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Possession of Marijuana. Daphne Feltner was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st, 3rd, and Possession of Marijuana. Nancy Wagers was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st and 3rd. Joel Lewis was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st. All were lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail. The investigation is ongoing by detectives from Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard and additional arrests and charges are pending.
