Armed Robbery in Knott County

(Hazard, Ky.) -- On January 10, 2010 State Police Hazard received a call from Ford Honeycutt's Variety Store stating that there was an unidentified male subject in the store armed with a knife attempting to take the owner's wallet. The owner managed to get away unharmed and the suspect managed to escape with an undetermined amount of cash. If anyone has any information about this incident, please contact State Police Hazard.
