Kentucky State Police and the Spencer County Sheriff Department Team Up to Eradicate Marijuana in Spencer County

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Kentucky State Police Frankfort Post team up with the Spencer County Sheriff Department to eradicate 519 marijuana plants in Spencer County. Kentucky State Police Detective Mitch Harris received a complaint of marijuana growing in a corn field. The corn field is located at the intersection of Max Rouse Road and US-31 E in Spencer County.
Detective Harris contacted Spencer County Sheriff Steve Coulter to assist in the investigation. The marijuana was located and subsequently destroyed. This partnership continues and the eradication effort is ongoing. There has been no arrest at this time and the investigation is continuing.
